1.Before starting, to check the lubrication system, cone broken area, correct the tension of the belt, all the screw to fasten.

2.Start the oil pump motor 5-10 minutes after the plant, check the lubrication system work, when the normal work before starting the main motor.

3.In the maintenance of the conical crusher, the crusher spindle and the taper of the contact at the wear of more than 3mm or found cracks should be replaced when the spindle.

4.The crushers operate 1-2 minutes with empty load before you can start to mine.
