    The above processing capacity is based on the following assumptions: 100% of the feed material passes through 80% of the width of the feed port; 80% passes through 60% of the width of the feed port, and 50% passes through a sieve with a size of 10% of the maximum feed block size.   • Features　gyratory crusher

    1.The crushing chamber can be adapted to various crushing application conditions, with the crushing performance.
    2.Manganese steel wear parts are standard parts, chrome alloy fixed cone lining and lower frame lining are optional parts.
    3.The effective dustproof seal is equipped with a positive pressure blower to prevent dust from entering the eccentric device and the driving device and extend the life of the crusher bearing.
    4.Balanced design is an design for mobile or fixed crushing operations, which minimizes the impact force transmitted to the crusher's support frame.
    5.The beam bushings and seals can be easily replaced without removing the beam, which reduces manpower, time, equipment consumption and production losses caused by parking.
    6.The heavy-duty integrated spindle is equipped with a patented alloy steel threaded spindle sleeve to reduce the stress of the spindle.
    7.Patented moving cone lock nut with cutting ring makes the removal of the moving cone liner easier.
    8.High-strength frame design, even under the severe crushing conditions, can work without failure and prolong service life.
    9.The main shaft and the moving cone are cast into one body to avoid the loosening of the moving cone during the crushing process.
    10.External adjustment device for large gear and small gear backlash.
