Tips for the Daily Maintenance of Crushers

Bearing, lubrication system is a key component of the crusher equipment, which  must  put more focus on them and can’t ignore them in normal maintenance.

1.Bearing maintenance.

In the crushing, grinding production, crushing machine bearing is the most vulnerable to damage due to wear and tear. Therefore we must pay attention to maintenance and refuel usually during using it to extend the life of bearing.

2.Lubrication system maintenance.

Often pay attention to and timely do well the friction surface lubrication work, can ensure the normal operation of the crusher which can extend the service life of the equipment. Therefore, the maintenance system can not be ignored. The details of the specific maintenance are as follows: the grease added to the bearing seat shall be 50-70% of the volume and must be replaced every three months; the runway of the bearing roller should be carefully cleaned with clean gasoline or kerosene; When in contact with the elbow pad, the crusher must be filled with grease before starting.

3.Daily maintenance.

In addition to the bearing, commissioning system and other important parts of the maintenance, crusher equipment’s daily maintenance work is also essential. In the daily production, we must do regular maintenance to ensure the continuous and effective production, and achieve the ultimate goal of improving the productivity and reducing the cost.
