This specification is easy to implement when loading and unloading loose materials, and the flow is not difficult, but often in the actual production process is difficult to loose materials, such as moisture ﹑ sticky and caking materials, etc., for these materials.The outlet of the hopper often accumulates, or forms a non-flowable area. So vibration hopper in the installation and commissioning process, we should pay attention to what?

1, according to the installation diagram, check whether the embedded foundation meets the installation requirements.

2, vibration hopper drive device vibration motor installation location is generally located in the cone height of 1 or less than 1/4, two vibration motor symmetrical cross-installation, such as the installation of more than two, can be installed in different symmetry plane height 

3,check the vibration motor fixing bolts, and ensure that the bolts are tightened properly.

4, check the dynamic hopper position is correct, surrounded by a fixed hopper left 50-80mm gap, shall not appear with any other fixed objects have interference, contact phenomenon. 5, check all the personnel have left the vibration hopper, vibration hopper no left behind the tools or materials.

6, confirm the drive equipment installed correctly, emergency stop function perfect.

7, the vibration motor must be in the hopper under the normal blanking open, is strictly prohibited in the hopper when the gate closed to run, by the full-time staff to start the vibration hopper, test run shall not be less than 4 hours.
