      The crushing production process in the  quarry usually adopts the three section and a closed circuit crushing process,that is to say coarse crushing,medium crushing and fine crushing and screening process. This crushing process is suitable for various kinds of mineral ores that crushing hardness is under 320 Mpa.
      Main machines for this crushing plant:
      Vibrating Feeder-Jaw Crusher-Impact Crusher-Cone Crusher-Vibrating Screen-Finial Stones. The transferring machine for the materials in this process is belt conveyor.
      The main process for this crushing plant is as following:
      In this stone crushing production plant, the hardness of the material should be under 320Mpa, such as granite,basalt,etc.
      At the beginning,the vibrating feeder will put the raw material into the jaw crusher for coarse crushing. Then the belt conveyor will transfer the coarse crushed material into the stone crusher for secondary crushing,such as impact crusher,hammer crusher or vertical shaft impact crusher.The secondary crushed material will be transferred to the vibrating screen by belt conveyor. The vibrating screen will separate out the finial stone you want. The stones that not suitable will be transferred back to the secondary rock crushing machine to be re-crushed. Then will repeat the screening process.
      Above is the whole crushing process, and the type and model of the crushing machine should be decided according to the capacity you need and the size of the finial material you want.
